We are currently looking for one or two reception volunteers to start by Feb. 10th at the latest. Reception volunteers should have a social and flexible personality, good communication skills in English and some Spanish, and be able to take initiative. Volunteers get a free private room, free food and internet and cheap drinks. Duties include opening and closing the bar/restaurant area, doing bills and inventory, checking guests in and out, taking reservations via phone and email, and socializing with guests in the evening.
We require that all potential volunteers come up to Earth Lodge to see the place, meet the existing volunteers and staff and decide if it is right for them. Couples are welcome as long as they can work individually.

December 31st- Bring in the New Year with yet another midnight firework show and some tasty Mexican food!
Appetizers served at 7pm, Dinner served at 9pm--Q100 per person

Steak, Shrimp or Tofu Fajitas served with fresh grilled vegetables, sour cream, rice, beans, fresh tortillas, Earth Lodge guacamole and tomato/cilantro salsa. Plus a wide selection of home made salsas and hot sauces. Green salad on the side and home made berry cheesecake for dessert.
