Reception Volunteers Needed ASAP!!!!
1 month minimum time committment. Reception volunteers should have a social and flexible personality, good communication skills in English and some Spanish, and be able to take initiative. Volunteers get a free private room, free food and internet and cheap drinks. Duties include opening and closing the bar/restaurant area, doing bills and inventory, checking guests in and out, taking reservations via phone and email, and socializing with guests in the evening.
We require that all potential volunteers come up to Earth Lodge to see the place, meet the existing volunteers and staff and decide if it is right for them. Couples are welcome as long as they can work individually.

Cook Needed for End of July
Earth Lodge is famous for its food and large family style dinners so we are looking for someone who is comfortable cooking for large groups to help us continue with our good reputation. Restaurant/kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Some experience with vegetarian cooking is also preferred but not required. This person must be able to speak English and some Spanish, must be flexible, hard working and self starting, and must have at least 2 months availability. This position is paid from $100-$200 a month depending on experience and working hours.
Free private room, free food and internet and cheap drinks. We are also looking for reception volunteers at this time so couples are welcome if one person can cook and the other does reception work.

Carpenters Always Needed
If you have carpentry experience and want to help us out for a minimum of 2 weeks, we need you! This person should be self starting, able to work on carpentry projects alone and have actual job experience as a carpenter. Free room, food and internet plus cheap drinks and possible pay depending on experience.
Projects include building tables, chairs, benches, doors and other hotel maintenance projects. We have all the tools you need, so if you are interested, we would love to hear from you!
