About Your Full Body PEMF Infrared Red Light Treatment:
- Treatments are 60 minutes maximum, you receive benefits from exposure of 20 minutes or more
- You may wear comfortable clothing for this treatment
- The mat is gently heated and you will be lying on top of a blanket for your treatment
- We recommend ordering the Earth Lodge Detox Tea before or after your treatment to flush toxins
- You are welcome to connect to our spa speaker and enjoy music while you partake in your treatment – we recommend downloading a playlist ahead of time as there is not wifi in the spa
- You are encouraged to read, meditate, or rest during your treatment
